This will be a mixed gender workshop and it is mandatory that you maintain the confidentiality of who attends. This will not be recorded, but Lucy may record some parts where she is speaking for the audio to turn into a guided meditation for people to keep afterwards.

    What's included:

    • 2 hour live session over Zoom
    • This is a ritual that will use self-pleasuring in whatever way feels good to you. We will start by setting intentions, then releasing what is in the way, then Lucy will guide us through a self-pleasuring ritual. We finish with savouring.
    • During the self-pleasuring exercise, we will have our cameras turned off and our microphones muted to ensure privacy. Everything on camera will be fully clothed.
    • You get to be in choice and only do what feels true for you

    • Your favourite toy/s if wanted
    • Lube you love
    • Blankets and cushions to make a cozy nest for yourself
    • Curiosity to bounce your boundaries
    • Empathy and assuming positive intent of everyone attending
